Motorists need to register (which takes just seconds) and once an account is set up the motorist can use any car park within the First Phone scheme. The account can hold multiple vehicles with online statements and provide text receipts.
Customers will also benefit from the ability to top up their parking sessions via text messages. Every transaction is maintained and audited at First Phone to ensure a robust and integrated enforcement solution through our smart devices with real time transfer.
The system will enable the parking attendant to issue a PCN for non-payment as shown on the smart device.
