- The British Parking Association in the case of audits.
- The Parking On Private Land Appeals (POPLA) Service for the purpose of parking appeals services.
- The (DVLA) in the case of audits.
- Any other duly authorised sub-contractors or land owner.

For which the landowner, University or NHS Trust shall be the data controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1988
