We’re aware that parking charges can be annoying, and we understand that no one wants to receive a parking ticket. That’s why we do everything we can to be ethical and reasonable in our approach to car park management. Following the precise approved methods outlined by the British Parking Association (BPA) to handle parking for our clients ensures we’re always acting responsibly.

Typically, we only issue parking charges in rare cases, and we have a dedicated appeals process to make sure that only the people who owe parking fees pay them.

We take our responsibilities with car park management very seriously. We’re dedicated to working hard to raise standards within the industry and to promote compliance with both industry-specific regulations and all other relevant laws.

We are also proud to be a member of the British Parking Association and its Approved Operator scheme. Additionally, we comply fully with the BPA Higher and Further Education Parking Charter and the BPA Healthcare Parking Charter.
